Full-Service Longevity Medicine Programs

Optispan delivers a comprehensive, high-touch medical model that integrates advanced diagnostics, personalized care strategies, and ongoing longitudinal oversight—redefining healthcare from reactive intervention to proactive optimization, while eliminating fragmented care and ensuring coordinated, expert-guided oversite at every stage.

Best suited for

  • Those who prioritize long-term health as a strategic investment and expect a fully coordinated health strategy managed with concierge-level discretion, and continuity of care.

  • People who want a proactive, structured approach to healthspan.

  • Those who prefer a team to synthesize data and help drive execution over time.

Not ideal for

  • Those seeking quick fixes, trend-driven solutions, or guaranteed outcomes.

  • Individuals interested in standalone testing without a structured, longitudinal care plan.

  • Those requiring insurance-based coverage, as Optispan operates on a self-pay model.

How it works

  1. Book a free consultation call
15–30 minutes via Teams video or phone. We’ll clarify goals, constraints, and program fit.

  2. Choose the right program path
Helix, Helix Core, or Embody—based on your goals and desired level of support.

  3. Complete your Gateway Day (Seattle area)
Your first appointment is on-site for baseline testing (“Gateway Day”). After that, visits can be in-person or virtual depending on program and preference; fully remote options are available.

  4. Review results + build your plan
You’ll receive structured medical reviews and a personalized plan across key health and performance domains.

  5. Execute with support + re-testing cadence
Programs include follow-ups and repeat testing/appointments on a defined schedule (varies by program).
