Wearable-based sleep and activity monitoring, with protocols adjusted over time based on data trends, symptoms, and objective markers.
A precision plan spanning nutrition, exercise, recovery, cognitive health, and metabolic health, paired with implementation support through Healthspan Coaching so the plan actually happens.
